Battery accessories are the physical and electronic components that connect, protect, charge, monitor, and house a battery bank. They are the difference between a raw cell or battery pack and a functional, reliable power system. A battery by itself is just a reservoir of chemical energy; without accessories, you cannot safely draw power from it, replenish it, or know its state of charge. Consider a concrete example. A fleet of electric forklifts is only as good as the chargers plugged into them. The charger is an accessory. If the connector is undersized, it heats up, intermittently disconnects, and ruins the charge cycle.
