Chapter 1: Why Most Approaches Fail — and What Actually Works
You have likely read the quote before, maybe on a poster or in a TED Talk. "Life isn't about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself." It sounds wise. It has the right rhythm. And it is completely useless to you right now, because no one told you how. How do you create a self that feels meaningful?
