Let us start with a painful truth that most books are too polite to mention: you are not struggling because you are lazy. You are not struggling because you lack discipline. And you are almost certainly not struggling because you have too many things to do. You are struggling because the advice you have been given is built on a foundation that does not exist in your real life.
That foundation is the assumption that you control your calendar.
