Chapter 1: Why Most Approaches Fail — and What Actually Works
You have probably followed the rules. You have joined the gym, watched the workout videos, and bought the meal-prep containers. You have told yourself that this year will be different. And yet, the result is often the same. You start with energy, you push through the initial soreness, and then, a few weeks in, the momentum fades. The workouts start to feel like a chore. The diet slips on a busy Thursday. The gym bag stays in the car. The cycle repeats, and with it comes a familiar, quiet frustration: What am I doing wrong?
