Solid information overall, and I appreciate that it's not marketing fluff. The chapters on types and maintenance are well-done. But I felt the brand comparison section was a bit too polite - it doesn't get into pricing differences as directly as I would have liked. Also, the glossary, while helpful, could have been longer. Still a useful reference, just not the last word on every topic.
