It's a thorough book, and I appreciate that it's not trying to sell me anything. The explanations of float switches and how they work with a dehumidifier's internal control board were useful. But I found the tone a bit dry even for a reference, and the chapter on choosing accessories felt like it repeated things I already knew from the manufacturer spec sheets. I work in restoration, so I was hoping for more on tough, field-mangled situations. It's a good resource, just not a revelation for a professional like me.
