The specs on saponin levels and the difference between washed and unwashed were genuinely new to me, but I felt it dragged a bit on the agronomic details in the first chapter. I get that it needs to be thorough, but I almost put it down before getting to the practical parts. There are also a few places where I would have liked a simple chart rather than paragraphs of numbers.
