The maintenance chapter correctly identifies the wobble problem I've been fighting with one of my older units - it was the bushings, which I never would have suspected. It's thorough, I'll give it that. The physics explanations in chapter one are solid and I learned a few things about mirror tile reflectivity. But it felt a bit heavy on theory for someone who just wants to hang a ball in a bar. The business chapter was interesting but it assumed a bigger operation than mine - I don't see myself running a repair service for mirror balls. It's a good reference but it's not a light read. Fine if you're an engineer or a large rental company, but overkill for a bar owner.
